You have five methods of placing an order with us:
- Online
The easiest is to use our secure online ordering through this web site. You may pay
by credit card by entering the information directly online. We use a separate secure
server that encrypts all order information sent over the internet. For more on the
safety of this method, click here. Just go to our online
product catalog and click on the item or items to see detailed descriptions. You
also can order directly from our "Backup Configurations" page by clicking the
item numbers in the tables. At the bottom of each detailed description page there is
a button labeled "Add to Shopping Cart." You will see the item added in
your shopping cart. Click the "Continue Shopping" link and the
"Up" button to return to the online product catalog between items. When
you have added all the desired items to your shopping cart, click the button labeled
"View Shopping Cart" at the top or bottom of the online product catalog
page. You may adjust quantities as desired. Then press the checkout button and
the next screen will allow you to enter address and payment information. If you are
entering an APO or FPO address read this section of the Terms and
Conditions. Be sure to hit the submit order button when you are done. An order
number will appear confirming successful submittal. Copy or print this number for
future reference. These instructions look long but online ordering is really

- Order Online and Call in Credit Card Info
If you wish to order online but still have concerns about online transmission of credit
card information, go ahead and place your order online but leave the credit card
expiration date field blank. In the comment block indicate that you will call us
with the credit card date information. Immediately after placing the online order
call (410)286-3700 and verbally provide your:
a) order confirmation number,
b) credit card expiration date, and
c) phone number (in case we can't find an order match)
This line has a 24 hour answering system. We believe that by providing part of the
credit card information online and only part of it to our phone answering system reduces
the possibility for misuse to nearly zero. Therefore, please do not record all the
information (i.e. name, card number and exp date) on our voice answering system.
- By Fax
You may order by FAX. Just go to our online catalog and select the item(s) you
want. On the checkout screen you can select a payment option of faxing the
order. After you have filled out all the fields online except for your credit card
info print the whole checkout screen (and then press the submit button). Write your
credit card info on the printout and fax it to us. Call (410)286-3700 and at the end
of the message press "Start" on your machine to transmit. This method
actually sends us two copies of your order, one through the internet without your credit
card info and the other to our fax machine with the credit card information. The
copy submitted through the internet will alert us to watch for your fax. You may
also print and use our offline order form.
- By Mail
Of course, you may submit an order by mail. However, if payment is by check, we will
deposit funds immediately and shipment will be delayed up to two weeks until the check
clears our bank. Sorry. For quicker processing consider using a money order or
certified check. (US Post Offices offer money orders up to $700 for a very
reasonable $0.80 fee). Just go to our online catalog and select the item(s) you
want. On the checkout screen you can select a payment option of mailing the
order. After you have filled out all the fields online print the whole checkout
screen (and then press the submit button) and mail it to us. Our snail mail address

If you are going to mail us your order this method has three advantages: (a) it shows you
the exact shipping & handling charges, (b) it alerts us to expect your order in the
mail, and (c) we can plan our inventory to fill your order more quickly. You may
also print and use our offline order form.
- By Phone
You may also call our business line at (410)286-3700 but in order to offer the best prices
we are not staffed to answer this line continuously. If we happen to answer, we can
take your Visa, Discover or Master Card order over the phone.
