Automatic Transfer Switch
120/240VAC, 75 amp
Safely connect an inverter and an AC generator to the same house or
RV wiring. Switch can be used with inverters that do not have built-in transfer
switch capability. If the generator is not running, the inverter is connected to the
house wiring. When the generator is started, the house wiring is automatically
disconnected from the inverter and connected to the generator. A time delay feature
allows the generator to warm-up before the transfer takes place. This is a
contactor-based transfer switch with ac coils.
Also can be used to transfer between an RV generator
and "shore" power.
If system is 120VAC only (no 240VAC) you must connect
to "HOT 1" on this switch. Connecting to "HOT 2" is
optional.
