NoOutage.com LLC was formed in January 1999 in Maryland and became a member of the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Washington DC on 2/19/2002.  After relocating to Virginia in July 2008 the membership had to be changed to the Better Business Bureau of Central Virginia.  The links below provide the information about both memberships.

Membership was allowed to expire in December with an A+ rating.
