Standard Features

• Convenient single-side service, including access to the oil filter, fuel filter and air cleaner -- all on the same side as the engine control panel and injection pump.

• Large, locking doors or access panels are very easy to open, and provide instant access to engine maintenance parts.

• Steel skid with anti-vibration motor mounts.

• Each unit is fully load bank tested to verify that performance meets specifications.

• Automatic shutdown in the event of low oil pressure or high coolant temperature conditions.

• Kubota water-cooled, 1800 rpm diesel engine assures reliability, long life and low cost operation.

• Conveniently-located fuel and battery quick-connect hook-ups.

• Remote oil drain valve with hose.

• Electric fuel pump for trouble-free fuel supply.

• Main Line ac circuit breaker.

• Starting battery.

• Enclosures are rust resistant solid aluminum.

• 2 Year/2000 hour Kubota engine warranty for standby or prime use.

• Balance of set 5 year/2500 hour standby use warranty, prorated for years 4 & 5

• Balance of set 3 year/unlimited hour prime use warranty, prorated for years 2 & 3

Alternator

Industrial alternator are designed and built to withstand extreme conditions. Windings are double dipped for extreme environment durability and designed to provide the smooth, clean power needed for sensitive electronics as well as the raw power required for heavy motor applications. Includes excitation boost system (EBS) for enhanced motor starting capability. Tight +1.0% Voltage regulation (max.) in static conditions. Rated for 10% overload for 1 hour in every 12 hours of operation.

EPA Certification

Generator set certified to EPA Tier IV Interim IIIA and can be used for stationary standby use or mobile use.

NOTES:
Designed for use in a maximum ambient temperature of 104F/40C and altitudes less than 3280 ft (1000 m) above sea level. Contact the factory for deratings beyond these limits.
* Dimensions and weight information are for single phase.  Three phase units are slightly more.

 

If two-wire control for auto start is needed such as for interfacing with an automatic transfer switch, a controller option must be purchased.
